jagger's day

i've always said that when i have kids, i plan on taking each one of them out for their own special days.  well, we finally got to put that plan in motion.  today was jagger's day.  we dropped cash & slade off with a sitter (thanks jean!) and off we went on our adventure.  first stop was to the cleveland children's museum, which is more like a large play place than a museum.  they have three floors, with a water playing area, a little community area (with a play house, bank, grocery store, doctor's office, etc.) and a room called the big red barn that was a farm play area (with a little silo, hen house, two-level barn with a slide down, and lots of animal toys).  jagger loved it.  especially the water area.
wouldn't you know it, my boy who likes to pretend clean found the play mop and proceeded to clean the floors and the steps :)

we also made a quick stop at trader joe's and barnes & noble, then on to coldstone for some ice cream.  yum!
i think jagger really loved having our undivided attention, and we enjoyed being able to give it to him.  it was a great day, and i can't wait to do it again!
