i love 3 day weekends

i don't think i can ever go back to a job that works on the holidays.  i have been thoroughly spoiled by the credit union so now if i ever decide to look for a new job it has to be either another financial institution, a government job, or at a school.  that's it.  i look forward to these 3 day weekends far too much!

yesterday, granna & grandpa blair came into town and we took the boys to the park.

we grabbed some artery clogging yummy food (of which jagger ate none, because the allure of the playground right behind him was just too much for him to ignore)

and grandpa chased him around while i tried to snap pictures of the boy.  that kid is always on the move, always doing something, so most of the shots i got are of his back or he is halfway out of the frame.

but i did get a few good ones.

and i think i might have discovered a new hairdo for me.  it's called the windblown look and i think it's quite cute (and easy to do!)

a few good pumps on the swing is all i need to achieve this style. man, i forgot how much fun it is to swing. i think i need to do it more often :)

it was an enjoyable afternoon and it was nice to not be the one chasing jagger all around.  thanks grandpa!  i bet you slept good last night :)

today we are off to the canfield fair.  yippee!!  fair food!!  i'll have more pictures to share later today :)
