weekend

not much happened this weekend.  except for the fact that the boys were horrendous.  i need warm sunny days so we can go outside.  i like that it's warming up, but it's been raining buckets which isn't conducive to outside playing (though that's still much better than snow).
friday night, my husband was kind enough to allow me to leave him with the kids so i could go out with my friend, jessica.  she just got a wii, and you all know how i feel about wii's.  it's love, pure and simple.  so that was loads of fun.  then we crammed down some steak 'n' shake and headed to a late movie.  i just love that gal, and we have bunches of fun together.
saturday, the kids and i hung around the house all day while corey went to work.  they were in terrible moods and it was a very trying day.  but we all survived it, thank god, and bed time was the best part of the day.
today, we had church, and yay! a visit from kelly and her new beau, adam.  it's always great when we get to see kelly and today was no exception.  we chatted and laughed over lunch, and then parted ways.  kelly headed off to the hot dog shoppe and we came home, took naps and then corey headed back out to church while the kids and i stayed home. the kids were still in some pretty wacky moods, but the day did have it's moments.  jagger has been pretending to be a puppy fairly often lately.  he gets a big kick out of it.  he was a puppy for a pretty long time today and he finally let me take a picture of him.  so here's a pic of him panting:
and cash and slade have been fighting like crazy, but i was able to capture a little moment between the two of them here.  they're either sharing secrets or conspiring against me, i'm not sure which.
things got better once corey came home partly because the kids were so happy to see him and partly because it was time to put the kids to bed.  cash and slade went down first, and jagger stayed up for a bit longer.  which was fine until he went a little spastic, jumped on corey, and busted corey's nose.  it's not broken (we don't think), but it was bloody and he's really sore.  we'll see if he has a couple of shiners tomorrow.  now, jagger's asleep, pizza's coming, and it's time for some relaxing and tv watching.
thus ends our weekend.

This has been the biggest drought ever. This is becoming a pattern. We are going to have to start our own blog about a missing person named KRISTEN.

I think we should all go to the Blair's driveway and began a chant regarding this neglect. This is a serious problem!! This blog was in my daily ritual of viewing and I have been offset since March 9th.

NOT I

We can attempt to assist in this blog and report what we might think may be happening. Like maybe Jagger is a key peaker on curiosity... Cash is probably running hurdles on the baby track team... and for Slade he is probably walking the tightrope for the Blair circus act...
Anyone else wanna add what you may think is happening??

Kristen,
I would be more than glad to watch the kids for you so that you can spend some time on this blog. Just call, we don't have any plans this weekend.

Ok I have a plan....

Oh well, whatever it was just left my head.

See how upsetting this entire drama has become to my old over-stressed system.

Well let's see today I can foresee that the Blair boys woke up at 9ish, ate cheerios for breakfast, watched TV in morning, had multiple interactions with each other prior to being sent for a nap, woke up from nap hungry-ate lunch(possibly bologna) and then them boys were probably anxiously awaiting a trip outside as it was a nice day. Maybe they had time to play with chalk, Jagger maybe took a spin on his bike, maybe one of the boys fell and scraped a knee........ And the rest will keep you guessing just as the parents of these children wish to keep us guessing.

Ok, here's my version of the day:

We begin with Jagger sneaking out of bed, then going for the leftover spaghetti in the microwave.

Cash gets up and waddles into the kitchen walking like a baboon ... because that's what it looks like when he walks. He eyes the spaghitte plate and goes for it, thus turning it upside down onto the floor.

Wolfgang, the dog, realizes a spontaneous pic-nic is in the works, and knowing full well that theses boys always drip goodies to the floor, flies around the corner knocking both boys down, which elicits squalls and screams equivalent to a state asylum.

Slade, is now awakened. Not by the crashing and squalling, but rather by the smell of spaghetti. Mr Slade who never ever ever passes up a good meal... or even a bad one, comes crawling in just as the refridg. gets pulled over and all the food falls out.

Corey awakens to yet another normal day with The Blair-ville Boys & Their Cuban Circus.

Kristen is silently thankful she missed the entire episode.

Todays Story:

Once upon a time in a land far away there lived a beautiful Mayan Princess Named Kristen Vella Blair.

The Princess had the touch of divinity upon her writing! At her written words, hearts were healed and storm clouds were blown away.

Soon, the rest of the world noticed her giftings. Prizes and awards flowed in from far and wide.

The Governor of Ohio gave her a designated parking space at Target

The President gave her the Medal of Arts.

The United Nation made a statue of her & put it in front of their building in New York.

Millions and Millions of people hung upon her everyword for hope, encouragement and joy.

The results...................
SHE QUIT!!!!!!! Just like that, she QUIT!!!!!
No warning, no notice, no explanation,
No reference, no forwarding address
No letter from her Dr. or Mother............

JUST QUIT, STOPPED, CEASED, DISCONTINUED, ABANDONED, FLED, QUIT!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
